Owner and executive chef Jack Ingram (formerly Southern Ocean Lodge, Vue de Monde) will prepare lunch from the Islands premium fare, collaborating with NOMAD's Jacqui Challinor a master of big Mediterranean flavours. Local crayfish will be in season with fishermen sourcing the Island’s best for you to devour. After lunch you'll be transported to one of Australia's leading distilleries, Kangaroo Island Spirits, for an unprecedented tasting of gin and whisky. KI Spirits' Jon Lark will be joined by his brother Bill of Lark Distillery (Tasmania) fame - to guide you through a tasting of their award-winning collection. Return to Adelaide on a 45- minute charter flight.
